Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for operating a forklift and pull orders, load trucks, and stage. The Shipping/Receiving Clerk should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

• Warehouse experience
• Able to work overtime as needed and some Saturdays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work extended hours
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner

Shipping/Receiving Clerk Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner all day, every day in a fast-paced industrial production setting

Shipping/Receiving Clerk Preferred Skills:

• Load trucks and unload trucks PREFERRED
• Ability to work with heavy steel industrial equipment
• Great attendance record
