Job Description:

Snelling is currently hiring a Machine Operator (Sheet Loader) to assist with CNC router operations at a local manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. The Machine Operator (Sheet Loader) position is a hands-on role that involves loading and unloading PVC sheets and supporting the CNC machine operations to ensure smooth production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload PVC sheets onto the CNC router

• Assist with machine operation as directed by the lead operator

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols

• Support general production activities as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift

• Comfortable standing and moving around during the entire shift

• Punctual, reliable, and a strong work ethic

• No prior CNC experience required—willingness to learn on the job is a must
