Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a Collections Agent in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable. The Collections Specialist should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

• Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to phone etiquette standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing inquiries and disputes
• Meet collection targets and goals set by management

Collections Specialist Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in telemarketing or collections preferred
