1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a Material Handler – Quality Control in Louisville, Ky. This position will be responsible for packaging products, transporting products via forklift, and monitoring product for defects. The Material Handler – Quality control should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

• Load and unload products via forklifts
• Inspect received materials to ensure quality
• Supply parts and components to departments
• Complete daily operator check list

Material Handler – Quality Control Requirements:

• Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted
• Must have basic math skills
• Ability to work in loud and noisy environment
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Recent experience in Material Handler setting
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Forklift Certification
