HR, Payroll & Benefits Administrator
Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: $25.00–$29.00/hr (DOE) + Full Benefits Package
Overview
Snelling is seeking a detail-driven HR, Payroll & Benefits Administrator to support a growing and well-established manufacturing organization in Louisville. This role provides hands-on support across payroll processing, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent internal service.
Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration (ADP)
- Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
- Maintain accurate payroll records including deductions, premiums, and rate changes.
- Review payroll reports and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with payroll-related reporting and general ledger alignment.
Benefits Administration
- Support administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, 401(k), and COBRA programs.
- Coordinate benefit enrollments, status updates, and employee communications.
- Assist with open enrollment processes and benefit-related inquiries.
- Reconcile benefit invoices and troubleshoot enrollment or eligibility issues.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and new-hire documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS updates (ADP).
- Help support recruitment efforts, job postings, and screening activities.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR procedures and general policy questions.
- Support compliance initiatives, reporting, verifications, and audits.
- Participate in HR projects, employee programs, and company initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, and general HR administration (manufacturing preferred).
- Experience with ADP and strong proficiency in Excel/Word.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- PHR or SHRM-CP a plus.
