Job Description:

Snelling is currently seeking dependable Outbound Warehouse Associates (Forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker required) for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY. These positions are responsible for handling the back-end of the warehouse process, including picking, packing, staging, and loading outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker (REQUIRED)
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to shipping requirements.
• Stage and prepare orders for shipment, verifying quantities and product accuracy.
• Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently while following proper load sequencing.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklift, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in outbound shipping, order picking/packing, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
