Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00/hr. (with advancement opportunities)
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
Snelling is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Account Manager) in Louisville, KY, to oversee service coordination and customer interactions within a fast-paced managed care environment. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at problem-solving, organization, and delivering outstanding support to clients, service centers, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign service requests to appropriate providers, ensuring timely execution.
- Handle customer communications via phone, email, and fax with professionalism and efficiency.
- Review, process, and verify customer invoices to ensure accuracy in billing and pricing.
- Track service orders and ensure they are completed within required timelines.
- Facilitate timely payments to service providers in accordance with program guidelines.
- Generate and manage service quotes based on policies.
- Maintain accurate records by scanning and organizing service documents in an electronic system.
- Enter orders into internal systems to accounts.
- Assist inside sales teams and regional sales managers with administrative support.
- Collaborate with leadership on special projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, with experience handling inbound and outbound communications.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Soft Skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Work Environment: Dependable attendance, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managed care, service coordination, or order processing.
- Familiarity with invoicing, billing, and dispatch systems.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
