+$1.00/hr. upon 520-hour completion

+$1,500.00 retention bonus available

Shifts Available:
1st Shift:  Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-2:30 AM

Job Description:
Snelling is currently seeking reliable Inbound Warehouse Associates (Forklift, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker) for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY.  These positions are responsible for handling the front-end of the warehouse process, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring all materials are properly tracked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound trucks using Forklift, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker and verify shipments against packing slips
• Scan and label products accurately for inventory control
• Transport materials to designated storage locations (putaway)
• Assist in conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

Requirements:

• Prior experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude
