Sales and Marketing Associate
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay:   $45,000 Base + Commission

Reports To:   Director of Sales

Overview:
Snelling Staffing is hiring a Sales and Marketing Associate on behalf of a well-established company in the recycling and recovery industry.  This role plays a key part in supporting national sales efforts by managing customer communication, preparing quotes, coordinating logistics, and assisting with marketing activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with existing and potential customers across the U.S.
• Prepare quotes, assist with account setup, and support project coordination
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Management teams
• Maintain customer pricing sheets and reports
• Support trade show preparation and event coordination
• Act as liaison with partner sites nationwide

What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Experience with business systems (ERP, CRM, quoting tools) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field — or 2+ years of corporate sales or marketing experience

Compensation & Growth:

• $45,000 base salary + quarterly team-based commission
• Realistic first-year earnings: ~$53,000
• Advancement opportunities into Regional or National Sales roles, with leadership succession planned in coming years
