Shift:  Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Job Description

Snelling is currently seeking a dependable Paint Line Associate for a leading manufacturing client in Louisville, KY. This position is responsible for supporting all stages of the paint line process, including loading and unloading parts, steam cleaning, surface preparation, applying rivets, and assisting with paint operations. Candidates will also handle part carts and may perform wet spray-painting of various components and sub-assemblies of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across all paint line cells, including loading/unloading and part preparation.
• Steam clean and blow off parts prior to painting or assembly.
• Apply rivets and assist in preparing parts for production and assembly.
• Retrieve and deliver part carts to designated work areas.
• Perform wet spray-painting of equipment components as required.
• Support quality control efforts by helping troubleshoot paint quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work overtime as required to meet production schedules.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or push loads up to 50 lbs.
• Consistent and reliable attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive a forklift or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
