Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for an Installation Technician in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for installing equipment sold, rented, or leased to customers. The Installation Technician should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

• Deliver and install equipment to client sites as directed by the Service Manager & Dispatcher.
• Transport and deliver equipment to client site and set up for operation.
• Verify equipment has been installed correctly and is operational.
• Train customer and personnel in usage and maintenance of equipment.
• Enter & review information to complete the work order.
• Verify work area is “at least as clean as you found it” and see if customer has any other needs.
• Obtain client’s signature on the completed work order.
• Verify work area is “at least as clean as you found it” and see if customer has any other needs.
• Notify Service Manager or Dispatch of any special concerns and needs the customer has to be sure someone responds to their concerns.
• Installation technicians are responsible for maintaining the company vehicle.
• Notify the Service Manager of any other concern you have regarding potential major expenditures for repairs or maintenance of your vehicle.
• Responsible for following departmental policies and procedures, and company requirements.
• Document and verify all work performed and close out all activities upon completion of a job.
• This is a full-time position and reports to the Service Manager.

Installation Technician Requirements:

• Mechanically inclines, familiar with hand tools, power tools, and measurements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Customer Service oriented
