Available Shifts:

1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Flexible on starting time 7-8)

Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a Cash Applications Clerk in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for maintaining cash flow template. The Cash Applications Clerk should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

• Cash receipt entry and application
• Researching customer deductions and determine/perform next steps
• Crediting credits/debits
• Detailed notes for unapplied payments
• Maintaining offset account listing for Non-AR cash
• Maintain AR Email Box

AP entry and application for ACH & Wire pulls

• Enter and apply auto pulls
• Retrieve any missing invoices from available websites
• Reconcile checkbook

Cash Applications Clerk Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in accounting and/or 2-3 years minimum experience (with one employer, not a combination of months)
• Experience with Great Plains a plus, but not a requirement
