Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a Supply Clerk in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible to aid the Supply Manager in their efforts to support the craftsman and production manager by receiving, tracking, and issuing stock and inventory in accordance with established quality procedures on an as needed/as directed basis. The Supply Clerk should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

• Verify incoming material meets the purchase order and established safety and quality requirements
• Store material in accordance with established quality and safety procedures
• Issue material (and track as required) to and from inventories/job stock/ government stock to craftsman
• Shipping material to vendor, customer, or a boat as required

Supply Clerk Requirements:

• Working knowledge in Microsoft programs, Word and Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Nav. Excel…must have!!
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with auditors, employers, and co-workers
• Ability to read and understand drawings, and measuring equipment as required
