Job Description

Snelling is currently seeking dependable General Laborers for a growing warehouse and manufacturing facility located in Jeffersonville, IN. This is a hands-on position that involves safely using warehouse tools and materials to assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate warehouse tools such as box cutters, hand tools, adhesives, nails, and packing materials.

• Assemble, stack, and band cardboard boxes and other packaging materials.

• Assist with various warehouse and production duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

• Comfortable using basic hand tools and warehouse equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
