Position: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Louisville, KY 40218

Pay: $34.30/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (3PM–11PM) or 3rd Shift (11PM–7AM)

Snelling Staffing is now hiring an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a key industrial client in Louisville. This role supports equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must have both electrical and mechanical experience, along with strong troubleshooting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.

• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.

• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam system repairs.

• Install wiring and conduit for equipment such as conveyors and PLC systems.

• Replace electrical components including motors, switches, relays, and sensors.

• Diagnose and repair faulty electronic components, including circuit boards.

• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Read and interpret schematics, ladder logic, and block diagrams.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and clean work areas.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

• Proven troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Ability to pass an Advanced Industrial Skills and Electrician Knowledge test.

• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends and overtime as required.
