JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling Medical is recuriting a Imaging Technologist for a fast paced medical practice. This is a temp to hire opportunity with growth potential. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient mammograms.
  • Perform patient dexagrams.
  • Perform duties necessary to assure follow up for mammography patients in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must have knowledge and use of mammography and dexagram equipment.
  • Must have knowledge and use of operation of standard office equipment.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Keyboard experience required.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

  • Required to stand for long periods of time.
  • Heavy lifting may be required when assisting patients onto and off of the dexagram exam table.
  • Frequent use of keyboard, computer and telephone. Requires hand and manual dexterity.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma from an accredited X-ray program.
  • State of Kentucky license for X-ray and Mammography.
  • License from ARRT.
  • ISCD certified or eligible.
  • 1-3 years’ experience required.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skill and abilities.

Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30

Pay $20.63-$35 depends on experience
