1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for an Equipment Associate in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for providing labor assistance to outside operations staff and other branch personnel to meet customer’s needs. The Equipment Associate should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

• Assisting with cleaning and power washing equipment
• Painting steel plates and beams
• Building modular equipment and preparing equipment for rental
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks for deliveries
• Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure safe and working order

Equipment Associate Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills including effective communication and strong teamwork abilities
• High School Diploma, valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel and climb ladders
• Willing to work outside in hot and cold weather
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Steel toed boots required
