1st Shift:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant in Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for performing general administrative, reception and accounting functions, accounts payable, invoicing customers and customer collections. The Administrative Assistant should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

• Serve as main front desk/reception
• Accounts Payable – gather vendor invoices
• Invoicing customers
• Contact customers to collect payment on past due invoices
• Provides backup for CSR position

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

• High School diploma; Associates degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• 2-3 years administrative experience
