Inside Sales Coordinator - Truck Equipment Installation


Snelling Staffing is seeking inside sales coordinators for a Truck Equipment Installation company in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of direct industry experience. They are responsible for daily order processing, customer quotations and shipments to our customers.

Pay: $45,000k + depending on experience 
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Receive customer inbound calls/ faxes and emails

  • Customers placing orders.
  • Customers returning goods previously sent by Jacobs.
  • Customers requesting warranty considerations.
  • Customers checking on shipments and delivery of existing orders.
  • Customer quotation requests.
  • Customer complaints.

Coordinate orders

  • Order entry of customer placed orders into computer system.
  • Checking customer purchases orders and validating pricing on new orders.
  • Validate specifications of orders to our manufacturing requirements.
  • Validation of payment requirements before order entry.
