Pay: $14.50 – $15.50/hr.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


The Customer Support Representative reports to the Customer Support Supervisor. They will communicate effectively, follow directives and assignments, work quickly and efficiently, multitask, be detail oriented, and work well with others. This position works in a warehouse-style environment that experiences temperature changes depending on the weather.


Customer Support Representatives primarily assist customers and vendors through phone calls and email. They should be capable of following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents, working together in a group environment, communicating professionally both verbally and in writing, and have strong attention to detail. Customer Support Representatives should be comfortable with running reports once they are trained on the internal software and should have problem-solving skills. Ability to enter data accurately and familiarity with spreadsheets is desired.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Inbound and Outbound phone calls using a RingCentral soft-phone
  • Respond to emails from customers, internal employees, and vendors.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Opening and closing tickets using our internal software system
  • Create spreadsheets and reports
  • Creating shipping labels
  • Use problem-solving skills to locate lost devices and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Inventory stock counts
