Warehouse Manager


Snelling Staffing is seeking a highly qualified Warehouse Manager for a well-established manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of direct warehouse management experience, along with inventory control and administrative background.


  • Create efficient processes for maintaining controlled receiving, storage, distribution and shipment of items.
  • Maintain current and efficient daily reports to monitor department efficiency.
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing Principles to ensure and efficient work environment.
  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Run Weekly reports to monitor parts distribution and insure proper inventory balances.
  • Develop yearly fiscal department budget.
  • Monitor and develop plans to ensure seamless communications between inventory control, production, shipping and aftermarket sales departments.
  • Maintains quality and service by enforcing organization standards.
