Medical Office Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage daily operations of the practice while maintaining a professional workplace
  • Manage staff
  • Keep accurate records, filing, typing, duplicating, and billing
  • Monitor physician’s orders for signature and timely return
  • Maintain office areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Maintain total confidentiality of personal and financial data
  • Support and cooperate with coworkers and supervisors in working toward team success
  • Represent and support the agency within the community in a positive and professional manner

Medical Office Manager Qualifications and Skills:

  • Good work ethic by being reliable and displaying a positive and cooperative attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional and courteous in tone and information delivery
  • Strong organization and leadership skill
  • Able to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
  •  Must be able to work 50 hours per week if needed

Annual salary based on experience
