Position: Warehouse Picker, 3rd shift

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. (includes $2.00 Covid hazard pay)

Available Shifts:

3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.

Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Picker in Shepherdsville, KY. This position will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor/Manager in tasks such as training, coaching, mentoring, and developing new and existing employees, assisting with the day to day operation, performing daily reports and adhering to the company policies and procedures. Direct the flow of materials for optimal productivity while maintaining levels of quality, accuracy of inventory and safety of employees. The Warehouse Picker should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:

  • To perform many different functions that may include receiving.
  • Process incoming stock and materials.
  • Picking and filling orders.
  • May also include packing, shipping, and managing or organizing stock in the warehouse.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness through consistent monitoring and coaching of associates, ensuring that all products are accounted for and in its proper place.
