Administrative Customer Service


Snelling has an immediate need for an opening in an Administrative Customer Service role.  This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. Pay rate is $12.50/hour.

This role requires someone who can work at a very fast pace, answering phones and scheduling appointments, all while remaining calm and friendly.

Job Responsibilities of the Administrative Customer Service role are:

  • Answering very busy phone lines
  • Scheduling appointments & maintaining scheduling calendar
  • Making clear, concise notes for data entry, documenting each phone call
  • Completion of side tasks
  • Engage in training and actively participate in meetings


Requirements for the Administrative Customer Service role are:

  • Pleasant, professional speaking voice and positive, upbeat attitude
  • Previous customer service experience in an office setting
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills
  • MUST have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
