Office Support / Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling Services is working on a Dynamic  Office Support / Customer Service Opportunity  – Long Term/Temp To Hire

Monday through Fridays 8:00AM to 4:00PM

  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries, pickups etc.
  • Enter, update or modify customer data and order information as needed
  • Assist external & internal customers with order information, delivery times etc.
  • Monitor freight in transit, update customers accordingly

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Data Entry, Documentation, File Maintenance, Phones
  • Strong computer skills MS Office, Data Entry & Outlook 
  • 1-3 years related  Customer Service experience
  • Logistics industry experience A Plus!
