Account Coordinator


Provides the strategic vision for the growth of each company’s account through implemented goals and objectives to drive sales, margin and profitability. The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding client service, building relationships with contacts and serving their day to day needs.

This Account Coordinator role requires strong relationship management, project management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate with internal departments to problem solve and develop process efficiencies to drive sales.

Our ideal Account Coordinator will:

Conduct meetings with company contacts

Review new programs, products and services

Measure account KPI points

Manage the product assortments and suggest changes or adding new items.

Develop short- & long-term strategies to grow revenue and profitability of accounts.

Manage special orders and questions on their account.

Ensure the successful launch of each store website including content, promotions and accuracy.
