Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers, project managers and plumbers by providing the administrative support related to all phases of projects from start-up to completion. This position is based in Fort Collins.

Schedule:  6am-3pm
Pay:  $16-19/hour

Project Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage job starts by setting up projects in QuickBooks, creating job files and filing all related paperwork.

  • Preparation and entry of original and revised contracts and estimates. Process all contract and subcontract documents from initiation through signing.

  • Work with project manager(s) and field manager(s) to order and expedite all fixtures, equipment and materials. Track and log as required.

  • Provide contractors with financial documents and insurance certificates

  • Manage submittals

  • Track, log and submit all RFI's and change documents to or from the general contractor. 

  • Prepare weekly and monthly billings, lien releases and required paperwork for the billing process. 

  • Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to correspondence, typing, filing, faxing, deliveries, mailing and copying.

  • Attending meetings as required

Project Coordinator Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Some related college courses preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of basic administrative and accounting procedures.

  • Able to prioritize work and implement efficient time management skills.

  • Microsoft Office

  • Excel expertise–required

  • Quickbooks–required

  • Two years of relevant project coordination experience required; four years preferred.
