Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling is seeking Customer Service Representatives with experience in delivering extraordinary service to clients. While teaming with Account Executives, Customer Service will help execute client’s job specifications and expectations.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage the process of order entry through shipment by consistent and accurate communication with internal and external customers.
  • Communicate with scheduling to confirm final deliverables, provide workback schedules to Account Executive and Client.
  • Monitor timeline milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Customer Service Representatives will prepare invoicing details reflecting job specifications and final deliverables.

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:

  • Organizational Skills focus to detail, and abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ years traditional/ digital print industry experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job

Full-time, Direct hire opportunity with great benefits.

Pay range $55K-$65K
